Gerard Cohee, 81, who died on Aug. 7, 2007, near Gettysburg, Penn. Gerard was a longtime friend of the Marianists. He and his wife, Nora, and their children were the pioneer family at the Marianist Family Retreat Center in Cape May Point, N.J.

Elvira Coleman, who died on Aug. 4, 2007. May she rest in peace. Elvira was the former cook for the Maryland Avenue community in St. Louis when it was the seminary residence and served as the Provincial Office for the former St. Louis Province.

Mr. Garascia, who died recently. May he rest in peace. Mr. Garascia was the father of Anthony Garascia , president of the International Team of Marianist Lay Communities.

Erin Kirkpatrick, 57, who died on Aug. 9, 2007, from cancer. Erin was a government teacher at Nolan Catholic High School.

Donald Meeker, who died on Aug. 13, 2007, in Covington, Ky. May he rest in peace. Donald was the brother-in-law of Bro. Donald Smith (Meyer Hall, Dayton).

Anna Oldenski, 83, who died on July 24, 2007, in Tucson, Ariz. May she rest in peace. Anna was the mother of Bro. Thomas Oldenski (Chambers Street, Dayton). A Memorial Mass for Anna will be celebrated on Aug. 25 at St. Catherine of Siena Parish, 23450 West Davison in Detroit, Mich., at 11 a.m. Following Mass, there will be internment of her ashes at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, 10 Mile Road, Detroit. Lunch will follow at John Lyskawa VFW Post, 6828 Waverly, Dearborn, Mich.

Dr. Joseph Walsh, who died on Aug. 9, 2007, in Des Moines, Iowa. May he rest in peace. Joseph was a former Marianist religious of the former Province of Cincinnati and a member of Common Bond.
